Mis-placed Gift Cert info on Payment Page

On the Payment Information page if you have credit card security code active, the Gift Certificate text box appears abruptly between the credit card number info and the security code info something like:

Credit Card Number: xxx
Expiration Date: xxx
Cardholder Name: xxx

Gift Certificate: xxx

Card Security Code: xxx

From a user point of view shouldn't the Gift Certificate text box appear below or above the credit card info and not in the middle of the credit card section?

Another thing just noticed... when a customer moves to the Review and Submit screen the Gift Certificate text box appears again. What's with that?
