How to change the Google search description of your website?

I did a search on google for "bodyboards" and our website comes up as the 5th non-sponsored listing.  It has the following description "Sells bodyboards, apparel, accessories, wetsuits, and swimfins.".  I am wondering where I change this description of our website?  I went to WEBSITE > SETUP WEBSITE > META TAG HTML and it wasn't there.  I went to my Welcome Tab and it's not there.  I went to my adwords and it's not there.  Where is this description coming from?
