Gift Certificates
Hi there,
i just added. gift certificates to my webstore and I have a couple of questions:
1. Why does this item end up in my fulfillment queue? There is nothing to fulfill. I would prefer that the credit card is billed immediately and customer is sent thier confirmation email, rather than waiting for someone to fulfill an item that isn't there. Also, since there is no weight to this item, I was getting errors.
Please advise how to change it to imeediate billling
2. How do we customize the message that is sent to the customer?
