msn.com shows "checkout.netsuite.com...."

When doing a search on our company "PlantScan" in msn.com, we are the first returned listing. Only problem is, it's the checkout page. Why is that happening and how can I fix it?

How can I get it to return our home page instead?

In Google, the first entry is our home page, but the second entry is a page that currently has nothing on it. It's an information item that's buried under the 'Information' tab.

So, how can I eliminate unwanted pages from SE and make sure that the desired pages are ranked? We're working on the keywords and maybe that will fix the problem. But until then, what can I do?
