Tabs and Categories cannot be created/editied in vers 11

We have been experiencing a major problem in our account; webstore tabs or category can be created or edited anymore, we are always getting the following error message "An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information.".

I have uploaded an issue ticket to support, I have sent a reminder, but not much is happening. All our web development was brought to a stop.

Anyone experiencing similar problems? Any information about this issue?
