NetSuite shopping cart - terrible...
Does anyone else think the NetSuite shopping cart is just awful. I know I'm loosing sales because of this. How many customers have abandoned their cart because they are are immedialty forced to give their e-mail address before proceeding (spam alert!) and you can't even see your order total unless you give your crecit card information (fraud alert!). I wouldn't shop at my own site for those reasons alone! (and of course NetSuite won't allow you to change it at all)
1. Can't proceed with checkout unless customer enters their e-mail address
2. Can’t get shipping prices before putting in all your info – e-mail, bill to, ship to (shipping estimator only gives UPS Ground option)
