Partner URL tracking with custom homepage

Hi,

We had to create a custom homepage before v11 due to the lack of flexibility. We have partners who link to us (like an affiliate) and we give them the unique url. When you enter this url and come to our site, the url changes back to the default of the homepage (without the partner id) because of the redirect I take it. The problem is it's not tracking the partner?

Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it? I've logged a support call but not heard a thing.
