Related items - order on website

I can't get the order of items in the related items column to change position.  I've tried under the Item on the Related Items tab, and I've tried with Related Item Categories (which I think is new to V11).  Even though the items might be in one order in NetSuite, they're in a different order on the website.  I can add and subtract items but anything added goes to the top on the related items column of the website page regardless of the order it appears in NetSuite.
