Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Viewing documents on NetSuite websites
In order for a document to be viewable and downloadable from a NetSuite website, it must be marked "Available without Login". Any file that is not marked "Available without Login" can only be viewed by internal roles (Employees).
This preference will soon be renamed to "Available Externally", which better describes its functionality.
If your customers are having trouble accessing a file from your website, even after logging in as a customer, it is likely because the Available preference is not turned on.
