displaying select Matrix options on webstore

Hello,
We are attempting to launch our new netsuite webstore and are having problems displaying only the matrix option we want.

We sell certain prodcuts online as well as to customers in our brick and morter store. We use one inventory for both.

We are wondering if it is possible to display only select matrix options on our webstore with out de-activivating the matrix option. We would still like to have the option active and available in the netsuite application just not on display in our webstore.

We have a very seasonal business and like to reduce skues in the slow season or when a vendor is temporarily out of stock we would like to be able to take the option off line at the matrix option level not by de-activating the entire option.
