Sorting search results
I am trying to sort search results by name and NetSuite will not comply. I believe I have done everything by the book...
1. Create an item list layout with "Name" selected under the "Sort By" option.
2. Apply that list to search results under Setup Website>Search tab>Item List Layout.
Doesn't make a difference. My search results seem random -- not even sequential.
If I turn on the "Sort Links" option and choose "Display Top" my results are still initially unsorted, but then can be sorted by selecting "Sort by Name" or "Sort by Price" on the results page. This is fine, but I really want them sorted by name initially.
