Auto Send E-mail When Custom Record Status Changes
Hello,
We have built a custom record and create a custom list to control the status of the customers progress internally (its an order workflow process).
What i would like to setup is an auto script so that when the status is changed we can have an e-mail sent out to a customer. This will keep the customer automatically updated of their order progress.
For instance when we first create the custom record and change the status. We have a about 30 different e-mails in all for different product gorups and statuses.
If anyone can help it would be greatly appriciated,
