Customer security code mandatory?
Under accounting I have "use card security code" enabled, however I still get web sales where people do not put in the code. The help for this field says this makes it REQUIRED.. but it isn't. From HELP: "After you turn on this feature, customers will be required to enter a 3- or 4-digit security code when entering their card information on the Web store."
Now, I have noticed there is a field under
Web Site setup..
"Display Customer Code Field on Payment Info Page"
But there is no help for this. Will this make it mandatory for customer to fill out this field.. OR will it just always display the code if one was entered.
