For Users Using PayPal, IMPORTANT add yourself to this Issue

I urge everyone that uses PayPal as a method of payment to contact Netsuite to look into Issue 90764 and resolve it as soon as possible.
Netsuite is not sending the shipping address to PayPal when a payment is processed therefore the payments are Ineligible for the Seller Protection Policy.
This means that if someone makes a payment using a stolen credit card YOU WILL LOSE THE MONEY. Paypal won't dispute it for you, you lose the money automatically.
We recently had a dispute with a customer that paid via PayPal and our funds were held for 75 days due to this this incident. Issues regarding payments should be addressed by Netsuite as soon as possible.
