Add To Favorites Functionality

I'm wanting to add something like an "Add to Favorites" functionality within Netsuite. Basically, it would work somewhat like the Add to Cart function but instead of adding it to the cart, it would create something like a customized category the customer could go to to see everything they've had an interest in.

I would appreciate hearing from those who have done this to help me get started in the right direction.
