Some Sales Orders don't print
About once every couple of weeks we will have a customer call and say "Where's my order? Everything was in stock when I ordered 5 days ago". When we look into it, we see that all of his items are in stock and the order is sitting in our system "Pending Fullfilment". We have come to the conclusion that some orders just aren't printing.
It seems to affect only a small number of orders, and it is unclear what makes these particular orders to not print out. Anyone else have this problem?
