Custom Item Field Tags refuse to work in Firefox

edited Mar 1, 2007 10:31AM in Web Site / E-Commerce 7 comments

Hi,

I have been using custom item fields and sourcing them on item templates for over a year with no real problems.

Today I created several new item fields and when I source them on an information item template, they will ONLY display in IE6. Firefox on PC and MAC gives the following error:
[Error processing dynamic tag getAttribute("item", 18779, 'custitemhandletype') : attribute 'custitemhandletype' not found]
To see this for yourself, visit the following page in IE and then in Firefox:

http://shop.mudhole.com/st-croix-handle-kits

Would someone from Netsuite please take a look at this? My older custom item fields created before today work fine in both browsers. I have verified that these new fields are set up identically to my old fields, and the ID fields in the tags are 100% correct as well.

Howdy, Stranger!
