customize the link in the auto-email for tracking?

Hello!
Does anyone know how to customize the link in the auto-email sent to the customer with the TRACKING information? It is confusing for customers to see the URL to be a netsuite.com address and would much prefer to be able to mask it with our own url.

Ideas?
