stuck in checkout

in Web Site / E-Commerce

We occasionally get someone who has trouble placing items in their cart and it's usually taken care of by allowing cookies and javascript. The last two days however I have had several phone calls where they were able to move through the checkout process but get stuck at the enter payment stage. When they click it doesn't do anything. They usually are in our system as a prospect but today they weren't there at all. Is there any compatibility problems that I'm unaware of?
