Invoice customers cannot edit orders w/o credit card
Sometimes our customers neglect to enter a PO # on their order or want to go back and change a quantity on an item they've ordered.
They can do this via the My Account tab as long as the orders are still Pending Approval.
However, our customers who pay by invoice are asked to enter credit card information when they try to edit their orders via the My Account tab.
Is this by design? If so, why?
Is there a setting I'm missing?
