Search Engine Placement - argg!

We need help!!  We have a competitor that takes up the first 6 listings on Search Engines.  What they do is create different URLS that relate to items they sell (eg: bikes.com, bicycles.com, cycles.com).  They mirror their site on all these different URLS with slight changes so shoppers can barely tell that they are all the same company.  So if you google "bikes" then all of their different URLS are the first ones listed.  Our site appears at the bottom and I can't seem to get us to place higher.  I have created site maps, I am in shopping.com, froogle,
