Problem Saving HTML templates in FrontPage

HI

[1] Does anyone know why if I load a template into FrontPage, either by

(i) cutting and pasting the HTML, and then editing and saving it,
or
(ii) by loading an HTML temp[late that our web designber created for us (that works in Netsuite)

FrontPage saves it, I can upload it and it works in Netsuite

BUT I can't reload it into FrontPage to edit it again - I have to start all over.

Is this a known FrontPage bug?

[2] Also If I load HTML code that seems to work quite happily and displays images from the Netsuite Filing cabinet within the FrontPage preview pane - when I cut & paste that HTML into a Netsuite email tempalte - the images are not displayed.
