Add to cart not working all the time

Hi,

We get about 10 calls per day of people saying they click on add to cart and nothing happens. We have other orders so we know it works generally. This problem has gone on for ages, I've logged it with support but to no avail. Can other people vouch for this? The rate of complaints doesn't match the number of people who don't have java enabled and we also direct the people that call up to a java website which works for them. I wonder just how much we are losing
