Default sales rep for new web customers

Does anyone know a way to assign a specific sales team to all otherwise unassigned web orders?  As it is now, if a customer with an existing sales rep places a web order, that sales rep gets the credit.  If the customer tells us their customer category, the rep for that industry gets the credit.  When a new customer places an order and does not give their category, I would like it to distribute the credit to a sales team.
