Drop down boxes in store
Hi,
We have been using drop down boxes, i.e. matrix items for about 7 months now but these items seem to generally have a higher bounce rate or conversion rate compared to items not using the drop down functionality.
For example, we sell the same product in 2 options,
3 pack
6 pack
but often people buy 2 x 3 packs because it didn't occur to them to click on the drop down box. We have started updating the basic descfiption to say use the drop down box. Now this obviously sounds ridiculous but newbies don't seem to always get it. Is there a way to list the items instead, i.e.
