Checkout Abandonment Rates

Hi All,

As opposed to cart abandonment, has anyone got the stats on checkout abandonment? ours is 10% which is high we think. Every person we contacted to ask why they abandoned at such a late stage said the site wasn't working, timeouts, the basket appeared empty as soon as they registered etc.
