Outstanding Balance in customer center

in Web Site / E-Commerce

I have filed this issue with NS with no success.

Outstanding balance on customer center shows account receivable register which is:

- Unreadable since column title does not line up with the column data!!!!
- The total shows at the end of A/R register is mostly different from outstanding balance!!!
- Regular innocent customer does not care about all data in the register

Instead of showing a simple list of open invoices.

How are your customer dealing with it? We are offering WEB TRAINING for customers to find out how much they owe us on line!!!!!!!!!
