Preventing E-commerce Fraud - Callback AVS Worldpay PSP

I just sent the following enchancement request into support:
Please can Netsuite enable the call back code functionality between Netsuite checkouts and the Worldpay service. If the AVS codes passed back to Netsuite meet specific criteria then process the transaction. We would need to be able to set the AVS rules wihin the checkout setup e.g. If the address doesn't match the card display a message to the shopper but do not process the tranasaction. Pretty basic stuff really don't understand why this hasn't identified as a major requirement?
It will be interesting to see what happens as I've noticed a number of threads on this issue.
