Site Navigation on the Home Page Tab

I am working on a home page for my NetSuite site.  I am using a tab of the "Welcome" type that I set to be my Web site's home page.

My question is when you are on the home page tab the site navigation (in the left handed column) only shows one of my other tabs (verses all of them).  When you are on any other tab (besides for customer account) the site navigation displays all the other tabs.  Take a look at my home page and then surf on other to the guides or catalog section to see what I am talking about.
