Reading Cookies

We're setting a cookie on an external site and then trying to read it with a HTML on our NS site. The cookie read keeps returning null but we can't figure out why. If we read the cookie from the site that set it, it works fine.

We're trying to read it at https://system.netsuite.com/c.663777/site/locator.html

Any advise is appreciated.
