Shipping item in customer record changes permanently
Hi;
When an existing customer, with "UPS Ground" shipping item, orders on line (web store) but chooses "Next Day Air" because he/she has an emergency, his shipping item in the customer record will change to "Next Day Air" permanently. All their future orders will be shipped " Next Day Air". This have made some of our clients very angry because of the extra shipping charges.
NetSuite says this is the way it is designed and there is no problem with it.
Any idea on how to fix this is appreciated.
