Plunging Google ranking

in Web Site / E-Commerce

Hello,

Our Google ranking has plunged from #1 on several relevant search phrases to third page obscurity.

I think it may coincide with the publication of our Knowledge Base on the website. I'm assuming that the circular links within the Knowledge Base are upsetting the Google people.

I was wondering whether anybosy out there has experienced a similar problem, and better still, resolved it.
