Customer Center vs Webstore - need to find way to control audience for items

I have setup a Customer Center for my B2B customers that I have created a Price Level to control which items are able to be viewed if a B2B customer wants to enter a Sales Order using the Enter An Order link (I only want them to see the wholesale B2B items).  Now I am setting up a Webstore that will be used for B2C transactions (using retail B2C items).  We are using NetSuite Limited License.  It seems that if I use the Online Price level, I lose my audience control for the items that appear for my B2B Customer
