Passing Info via URL

Hi,

I created an Item option that is Free FORM Text Type and its Display Type is Disabled.

I want to pass, via the url, information to that field.

For example,

www.mystore.com/s.nl/it.A/id.99/.f?category=86&custcolmodel=test1

Its not passing the info.

I need "test1" in that field, so I can have it also in the order and invoice.

Any ideas, thoughts?
