Create a Support Center like Netsuites?
We are a technology company and would like to basically replicate Netsuite's support center for our own customers; access to cases, voting on enhancements, communicating release information, posting education materials etc.
I am fairly new to customizing the "customer center" role and am wondering if something like this is possible. I see that there is a lot of functionality and customization if we used netsuite to build our own public website, but I'd like it all in the customer center, where they would have to log in.
Has anyone done this and had success? I am pretty sure I could figure out the backend of most of this, the saved searches and case workflow, but getting things to display, creating new tabs correctly, inserting images etc. looks to be a little more difficult.
