Need Help! Shipping Item in Shopping cart

I am not sure why no one else have had this problem yet. but if you sell items, have customers, and get order on line, you should have this problem.

Here it is:

- We have created various price levels and various shipping items for various customers based on their contract.

- We have over 20 different shipping items such as free shipping, ups ground, free w/ $100 order and so on.

- When existing customers log in to their account to place an order they aregetting their contracted pricing automatically which is nice.

-But, they do not get their contracted shipping method!!! So we have to show all 20 shipping methods on our website.
