Online customer forms

in Web Site / E-Commerce

Hi there,

When we are in the section "Set Up Appearance" for the online customer forms the "Unlayered sections box" is not ticked (Netsuite says "Check this box if you want your form to appear without tabbed sections"). Still our tabs do not show. Is there any reason behind this?

Then we created our own form. How would we go ahead to use this one instead of the one which is currently being used?

It would be great if someone has experience with that.
