"URL is missing the id parameter" error using Custom HTML Form to deliver a download
Hi
I am attempting to use a Custom HTML Form to present a web site visitor with a choice of clicking two buttons, each of which will offer them a different download file (MP3).
Here is the custom page: http://www.tonyandnickivee.com/site/Promotions/freemp3-thankyou.htm
The following error message is generated when either button is clicked:
"URL is missing the id parameter. The file could not be retrieved."
The download works fine when set up within Netsuite as a Information Item of type File Download with Online Form. The associated Online Customer Form has in its 'Set Up Workflow' tab a Redirect to URL of:
