ebay module creating duplicate sales orders

We just activated the ebay module and we really like it. We are having one problem, though. NS seems to be importing the same sale more than once and as a result, multiple Sales Orders are being created (the first at 6:17pm and the second at 7:17pm).

I can't see anything in NS settings that relates to this. Has anybody else had this problem?
