Forwarding and SEO

Hi,

We moved our old web page to netsuite. We have to many html pages that registered on Search Engines at our old web page.my question is : what should we do for the change?

Example OLD:  www.companyname.com/catalog/phones.html

            NEW: www.companyname.com/Phones

Will it be problem to put forwarding script  at phones.html? Is this disadvantage for SEO?
