Flash movies not working on IE

We have a series of flash movies on our website. Ever since the move to 11.0.6 these have stopped working on IE (6 and 7) but work fine on Firefox. Flash movies on other sites work fine, so the problem seems to reside with NetSuite. I have an outstanding issue with support, but nothing seems to be getting done about this.

I was wondering if anybody out there has had the same problem and, better still, found a work around for it.
