Currency Drop Down Broken?!

Hi,

We use the drop down currency on our site www.dna-worldwide.com, recently we have been getting more orders outside the UK, but about half of customers are still paying in pounds and then complain.

When we walk them through the site and changing the currency, which they said they had done as well, it reverts back to British Pounds rather than USD.

Does anyone have any problmes like this or have any suggestions on how we can get this fixed and working correctly?
