Giving Access to customers challenge
I strongly recommend NS to change the folowing sentence in ACCESS tab of customer record:
Contacts of this company can be given login access to the Customer Center in addition to the company's general email address.
Granting new access requires a password; updating access does not.
Please rewrite it in a clear way.
Can anyone translate this in clear separate sentences?
We are experiencing the following challenges with the access passwords:
1- When merging a web lead with an existing customer, you need to UNMARK the access, save the record, and mark it back again with new password for it to work.
