Add Delivery Cost item via server script to Webstore fail
Dear all,
I am new to Netsuite suitescript. Since UPS's shipping calculation method does not fit for our requirement, I would like to add a "delivery cost" (non-inventory item) to the webstore's shopping cart.
The  following simple script below works fine when an item is added to normal Sales Order form via server script. However when it deals with Webstore, it gives me the following message:

Your Order Was Not Placed
While you were checking out, the operator of this business changed the price or availability of the shipping method you selected. Please check that your shipping method is still available, or select another below and press the Submit Order button again to place the changed order.
