Email from Website order failing?

We usually receive email confirmations of sales orders generated through the website shopping cart.

Last night, a new customer placed an order, but we didn't receive the email confirmation.

We've determined that email generated in other ways through netsuite works fine.

Is anyone else seeing this problem?
