Sales Reps and web orders

Some of our products are very complicated and customers like to have our sales people process the order through the webstore for them.  Is there a way in the webstore to allow our sales rep to assign their name to the sale.  We thought of just doing the sale on the back end but it is custom coded pages with multiple products and it is very hard to do on the backend.  Any suggestions?
