Netsuite Export Dealer / Retailer List to Website

Do any NetSuite Wizards out there have any recomendations / best practices for Exporting a Dealer / Retailer List to a NetSuite Website. 

Right now we have problems differentiating in reports between  web / phone / email individual retail level customers and wholesale customers.  We of course want to publish our dealer list to our website on a frequent basis but it is a big hassle right now.
