shopping cart check out error

in Web Site / E-Commerce

My customer has added about 500 different items in the shopping cart and upon the order completion it gave an error as follows:


An unexpected error has occurred while generating this content.

Our Customer Support staff have been notified and are looking into the problem.


Does the shopping cart has a limitation of how many items can be added?  My other customers who placed the order at about the same time had no problem whatsoever.
