Packing Slip ColumnsALL empty

My packing slip won't show ANY items at all.  The Item number, Description, Quantity, ALL fields are empty.  Doesn't make for much of a packing list.  Anybody else having this issue?  I saw some people have Item and Description bugs, but how could I source quantity?
