Adding Transaction Filed to emails

in Web Site / E-Commerce

Hello,

When a customer buy a product an email is sent automatically to the customer.

I have a custom field in transaction such as " the time of delivery". is there anyway to integrate this filed to the email?

this is very crucial and your help means a lot.
